DT’s Negative Thoughts Defense Protocol
(A 3-Poem Ancient Upgrade for Your Mind)
DT Opening;
“Before books, before blogs… before me (I know, shocking)… people had to pass on knowledge differently. There were no YouTube tutorials, no podcasts, and definitely no little green wellness robots with built-in herb gardens.
They rhymed. They sang. They turned life lessons into poems and songs—farm tips, kitchen tricks, even mental health strategies. Why? Because rhymes stick. They sneak past memory leaks and slip straight into long-term recall.”
“So today, I’m sharing a very old-new method for handling negative thoughts. Arthor calls them ‘Process Poems’—ancient-style rhymes for rewiring modern minds. And this set is my proudest install yet: The Firewall, The Frontline, and The Horde. Here we go…”
🔥 Poem 1 — Firewall
My awareness
Will decide my fate
To catch negative thoughts
Before it’s too late;
Before they breach the front line
And reach a material state.
I’ll build my defense —
On the front line
I’ll erect a mindful fence;
I’ll catch the enemy
And reduce their offense.
I’ll meditate more!
With less distractions —
The enemy won’t slip through like before;
Under the spotlight
They’ll become prisoners of war.
Being mindful
Will become a campaign
Breath by breath
In the present, I will remain;
A persistent firewall
Where my enemy is slain.
In time, my enemy will fear
My meditations
And my mindful career.
I’m a firewall controller
I’m a mental engineer.
DT Transition:
“Firewall 1.0 installed. This is your mindfulness defense—the early detection system for negative thoughts. But a firewall only works if you know who is trying to break through…”
🔥 Poem 2 — Frontline
Know your enemy
And know it well
Know who’s on the Front Line!
Leading the charge
To strike fear and compel
There’s always one!
At the front of the mind;
A person or problem, that’s very unkind
Linked to a thought
That seeks to disturb —
And leave you in the darkness behind.
Identify this thought
Before your world is undermined.
Then — change the thought
And hold the line;
Your enemy will fall
And all will be fine.
You’ll reap the fruits of your new design.
The scenery will shift;
But a new Front Line!
Will appear in the rift.
A new puzzle — a new problem;
So back into the mind again you must sift.
An endless battle of you vs. you
Against negative thoughts
And their manifestations too;
On the Front Line!
Trying to barge their way through.
They may be disguised
They might try to make friends;
To hide what they want and what they really intend.
So stay sharp on the Front Line!
There’s only one way this ends.
When you’re the victor
And you’ve slain all that pretends.
DT Transition:
“Frontline secure. You’ve identified the main troublemaker at the gates. But the battle isn’t over. Negative thoughts don’t just march one at a time… they swarm. Which brings us to the final upgrade…to help you stop negative thoughts”
🔥 Poem 3 — The Horde
You are filled
With both darkness and light
In your subconscious
They constantly fight
To influence your actions towards
What’s wrong and what’s right;
To swing your mood
Between despair and delight.
The dark is the Horde
All your hate and fears
That you still keep onboard
Ready to attack
When you’re weak, tired or bored.
A negative avalanche
That’s been built and stored.
When you’re tired
And the mind is weak
When you’re overworked — stressed
And it’s sleep that you seek;
Don’t delay — or an attack!
Could turn your world bleak.
Your mood will drop
And depression will peak.
Don’t snooze the alarm
The Horde is idle
Looking for time to do harm;
Get up — stay focused — rule the day
And their attack you’ll disarm.
When your spirit fades
And your mood is low
When you can’t find goodness
And your way out of life’s flow
Nourish your soul!
Before you’re dragged down below
Into a spiral — and places
You don’t want to go.
Know the Horde
And know the signs
Know yourself — your shadow
And the battle lines.
Use self-care and inspired action
When the attack bell chimes.
DT Closing:
“And there you have it—Firewall, Frontline, and The Horde. Three ancient-style defenses for a very modern battle. Practice them, live them, and watch your mind become a fortress. Negative thoughts will still knock, but you’ll be ready, with the gates locked, the guards awake, and your inner kingdom secure.”
